Idle moments
Been feeling a little lethargic these past few days. I don’t know if it has something to do with life, or me simply being hormonal. Spent most of my time watching movies and crying over stupid stuff when I could’ve gone out, and embrace the heat of the sun!
On the contrary, we’re going to start moving some of our things to our new flat later. And honestly, I can’t wait to get this done and over with. Perhaps after this, I might get myself together and start doing something more productive again.
Psyched!
I’m really excited for August. As much as I don’t want to blog about this just yet — because life has this funny way of sneaking up on you and I’m afraid that this might not happen — but I’m really thankful that my parents permitted me to travel to Cornwall. And possibly meet these two lovely ladies from Tumblr that I want to meet in real life!
My Dad was totally against it at first since he has this thing about meeting people online. But thanks to my Mom for convincing him, and probably after seeing my distraught face, he permitted me to go. I’m really looking forward to this since it isn’t always that my parents would allow me to do the things I want to do. (Not that they’re strict but because they worry about me. Yes, even if I’m already 21.) It feels nice that my parents trust me with this kind of things. Not only that, but it’s also a good way for me to become more independent. :)
Insomnia
I only have six hours to sleep until my alarm goes off. Tomorrow’s Monday and it will be another 12-hours of labor at work. I wonder what kind of day it would be like. Wish it isn’t going to be like “one of those days”, where everything goes bad to worse. Sigh.
Current state of my room. Just two more weeks until moving day! The only thing that I manage to pack are my books and DVDs. I have work tomorrow until Friday, so that means packing won’t resume until the weekends. Ugh. I so, so hate moving!

By the end of the month, we will be moving to a new home but to an old familiar place. I’m quite excited about it. Now that we’re closer to the beach, I might start cycling again and go to the park more often. (Provided that the weather isn’t bad.) I can go sit to my old spot where I used to reflect and relax, and watch the seagulls as they fight over a single chip.
